The siren song has been sung, but Big Bads aren't over!
Thank you to all our backers for helping fund another Big Bads book! We reached a whopping $190K and unlocked 4 new Big Bads with your support.
BUT WHAT ABOUT UR-TOR? UNLOCKED!
As thanks for getting us close to that $200K mark, we're considering UR-TOR as unlocked, topping up Big Bads: Most Wanted to 30 total Big Bads!
Thanks again for all your amazing support.
What’s Next?
Late pledges run for 2-3 weeks while Kickstarter processes pledges
Kickstarter is going to begin to process payments for this campaign and the process can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks. During this time, we'll continue to accept late pledges to the campaign as mentioned above!
When the initial pledge processing is complete...
We’ll send out BackerKit surveys!
Surveys will then be sent out to collect your shipping details, along with your pledge selection and add-ons. You'll be able to upgrade your pledge or add additional add-ons with the survey as well! As we get closer to releasing surveys, we will have information on how to fill out your survey, as well as specifics for choosing your add-ons.
We ask that you hold your BackerKit questions until then! Surveys will be open until we start fulfilling, but to guarantee your order we suggest filling out the survey as soon as possible.

What did you unlock? A new Big Bad, CAWTHORN!
Cawthorn the Devouring Library is an insatiable knowledge eater. The Devouring Library is utterly amoral and wishes only to increase its own stores of knowledge and magical power. It prefers to work in secret, dispatching its army of Cawthorn ravens to collect more information on its behalf, while its powerful memory-modifying abilities make it difficult to detect its influence.
What's Next? $200K UR-TOR
Ur-Tor is a reanimated saber tooth tiger skeleton. Where her flesh once was, thick black tar now forms her body, though many of her bones are still exposed, showing through on the surface of the tar.
Added to the printed book, the pdf, and added to the STL bundle.
Kibbles’ Compendium of Airships and Artifacts has two new classes (the active martial Paragon and planar powered Summoner), 30+ subclasses, feats, spells, as well as new rules for Modular Crafting (crafting based on modifiers to build magical items - and special artifacts that you can improve as you level - from scratch).
Plus rules for building, upgrading, staffing, and fighting in airships. It has custom roles for players to keep them engaged in airborne combat, tons of new airship templates and upgrades to discover, and enemies to encounter!
Heliana's is BACK! From our good friends at Loot Tavern, Mythozoology is a 1000+ page expansion (wow!) pushing the boundaries of D&D 5e/5.5e.
It’s a dual-book package - one Ryoko themed and one Heliana themed - along with 4 supporting softbacks! Mythozoology is all about giving you the tools to make every choice matter and every moment epic.
Hunting and battling giant monsters, crafting awesome stuff to enhance yourself from their remains, and summoning their spirit to aid you in future battles. Your story impacts your growth!

Hey Big Bad fans!
Today we have a cool update for you: The completed Big Bads: Most Wanted cover art by Josiah "Jo" Cameron! This is the full front-and-back design that will grace the standard edition of the book.
So many baddies!!!
Jo created the awesome cover artwork for the Big Book of Big Bads and Big Bads: Creatures & Curios, and we're happy to have him back to craft yet another stunning cover for us.
How many Big Bads can you spot? 👀 Here's some close-ups!
Ariadne's Book of Legends is a unique, heroic and dark fantasy supplement for 5e and 5.5e! They've cooked up over a dozen Legendary Foes (that's big bads OVER CR 30!), 5 new levels for each legendary class, 10th level spells, mythical martial techniques, and even a custom combat system to smooth out the slog and imbalance of D&D at the highest levels.
From High Rollers & Roll and Play Press, Altheya: The Dragon Empire is a high-fantasy campaign setting book for DnD 5E. It's built for the kind of sprawling, heroic adventures you've always dreamed of running.
Nimble is a fast, tactical TTRPG that eliminates the slog all too common in our game nights, letting the story and your choices take center stage.
Neither too "rules heavy" nor "rules light" but Rules Tight. A perfect balance of quick-to-pick up, easy to GM, with deceptively DEEP strategy, and opportunities for teamwork and RP!

Astromythos blends powerful storytelling, original world-building, and stunning artwork to create a universe where stars, planets, and cosmic forces become legendary characters like warriors, queens, wizards, and kings.
It is the story of how stars were created, and how they fight to save their kind from destructive forces looking to devour all light in the cosmos. In this original astral fantasy, the stars are portrayed with humanoid qualities. It is filled with allegorical characters like Brown Dwarfs, Red Giants, Magnetars, Pulsars, Comets, and Shepherd Moons, among many other living stars and heavenly bodies. They live on nebula landscapes, where they've built castles, towers, and great medieval dwellings. Astromythos shines with its stunning visuals, original mythology, and story. Books One and Two each contain 200 pages and over 100 illustrations.
